asked the Minister for Justice whether he intends to introduce proposals for legislation dealing with the purchase of their homes by town tenants; and, if so, whether he is in a position to state when such proposals are likely to be introduced.

I am not in a position to make a definite statement on this subject at the present moment. The matter is still under examination.
