Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cases in Dublin Circuit Courts.

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state the number of cases awaiting trial in the Dublin Circuit Courts on the 1st February in the years 1933, 1934 and 1935 respectively; further, if he will state in respect of the same years the number of judges that were attached to these courts, and whether they had any additional assistance; and, if so, to what extent.

The number of cases awaiting trial in the Dublin Circuit Court on the 1st February in each of the undermentioned years was:—

There were two judges attached to the Circuit Court during these years and an additional judge was provided for about six weeks each year.
