asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he has received any resolutions from local urban authorities requesting him to make available grants for the reconstruction of houses in urban areas; and, if so, what action he intends to take in the matter.

The reply to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The resolutions will be considered in conjunction with future proposals for housing legislation.
