asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state what steps he proposes taking to implement the recommendations of the Prices Commission in regard to the sale of furniture on the hire-purchase system.

I would refer the Deputy to the Control of Prices (No. 2) Bill at present before the Dáil, and more particularly to Sections 3 and 44 of that Bill.
