asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state what were (a) the receipts, and (b) the disbursements under each heading of the Unemployment Insurance Fund in the last insurance year.

As the accounts are kept on a monthly basis, figures are not available for the insurance year which commences on the first Monday in October each year. I am circulating with the Official Report a statement showing the receipts into and payments out of the Unemployment Fund for the year from 1st October, 1936, to 30th September, 1937.
