asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission have yet acquired the lands at Fearavolla, the property of Mr. Thomas Cleary, Claremount, Carbury, County Kildare; and, if so, when the lands will be divided.

The Land Commission have not yet acquired the untenanted lands of Fearavolla, the property of Mr. Thomas Cleary. Then price of the lands has been fixed and a scheme for their division is in course of preparation, but until it is completed and approved it will not be possible to state when the ladns will be divided.
