asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health what is the cause of the delay in sanctioning the proposal to erect a new courthouse at Templemore, County Tipperary, for which plans and tenders were forwarded to his Department a few months ago.

There has been no avoidable delay in this case. A decision will be notified to the local authority early next month.
