asked the Minister for Lands what is the position in connection with the proposal to acquire (1) the lands of Slattery, Castlecranna, Ballywilliam, Nenagh, County Tipperary; (2) the lands of Bonfields, on the Tuttle estate, Gortmore, Nenagh, County Tipperary, and (3) the lands of Powells, on the Tuttle estate, Gortmore, Nenagh, County Tipperary.

The Land Commission are having inquiries made in regard to the lands in question, with a view to ascertaining whether proceedings for their acquisition should be instituted.
