Patrick Joseph Ruttledge Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Mr. Ruttledge) Fianna Fáil

As regards the first part of the question, I would refer the Deputy to the reply I gave to a similar question on the 14th ultimo. As regards the second and third parts, I obtained a report from the county medical officer of health on 24th ultimo in which he stated that the sanitary conditions then prevailing along the river and canal were satisfactory.
