asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have acquired the lands of Clonkirk, Gortnawinney and Leonards Island, County Monaghan (estate of James S. Keary) (Record No. S.8559), also the lands of Legnakelly (estate of David Lough) (Record No. 8557), and, if so, he will state when is distribution likely to take place.

The land Commission have not acquired the lands in question. In both estates objections to acquisition have been lodged by the owners and these objections have not yet been decided by the Land Commission.
