Before questions are proceeded with, there are two questions on the Order Paper, Nos. 5 and 6, in my name which have been starred. They were not starred by me. I wanted oral answers to both questions.

If the oral answers are ready they will be given. If not, the Deputy might repeat his questions another day.

I did not star the questions and I want to know who starred them?
