asked the Minister for Supplies if he will state what arrangements, if any, he has made as regards ration books for children at school and others temporarily resident outside Eire and now returning on holidays.

I have not made any arrangements as regards ration books for school children and others returning here on holidays. Since these persons cannot be described as ordinarily resident in this area, I do not intend to have ration books issued to them.
