asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware of the condition of the Land Commission road on the Ion Villiers Stuart estate at Dromana, Cappoquin, County Waterford; and whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to have the road put into a proper state of repair.

The Land Commission have not under consideration any proposals for the repair of this road, which is the responsibility of the allottees for whose benefit the road was constructed in the first instance.
