asked the Minister for Lands if a scheme has been submitted to his Department for the division of lands of Ballinavilla, Crean Estate, County Mayo, and, if so, if he will state if the scheme has yet been approved and if an approximate date can be given for the division of these lands.

The Land Commission have not yet taken possession of the lands of Ballinvilla Demesne on the Crean Estate, and a scheme for the division of the lands has not yet been prepared. Until a scheme has been completed and approved it will not be possible to state when the lands will be divided.
