asked the Minister for Justice whether, in view of the vacation by the military of the premises at Clonmel, previously used as a Borstal Institution, he will arrange to have the premises again occupied by the Borstal Institution.

The premises at Clonmel are still retained by the military authorities but, in any case, are not considered suitable for use as a Borstal Institution.
