asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that, prior to 1939, plans and specifications were prepared for the improvement of the slipway at Reenard Point, Valentia Harbour; and whether, in view of the importance of Reenard Point as a fishing centre, he will see that the proposed improvements are carried out in the near future.

Plans and specifications have not been prepared for the improvement of the slipway at Reenard Point. There is no immediate prospect of an improvement scheme being carried out there.
