asked the Minister for Finance whether his Department has yet come to any decision concerning the question of extending and improving the pier at Reenard Point, County Kerry; and if not, if he will immediately instruct his Department's engineers to have a detailed survey made of this pier with a view to an improvement scheme being carried out there.

No decision has yet been reached with regard to the extension and improvement of Reenard Point Pier, but it is hoped to have a preliminary inspection carried out within the next few months.
