asked the Minister for Lands if he will state if the Land Commission intend to acquire Callaghan's Lands at The Court, Ballymadun, comprising 150 statute acres, for division amongst landless men and uneconomic holders in the district.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of the lands of Ballymadun held by the Representatives of Francis O'Callaghan, and it is not proposed to take any action at present.
