asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is aware that John McCourt of Ballisk, Donabate, who is employed permanently on night duty at Portrane Mental Hospital, has been refused a supplementary bread allowance; and if he will state the reasons why this man has not been given the additional allowance, as he must bring meals with him when he is on duty.
