asked the Minister for Finance if he will now state what steps he has taken or proposes to take to increase and make available for use the present facilities at Haulbowline for the re-fuelling of oil-burning vessels in Cork Harbour, pending the building of a suitable pier and the replacement of the present unsound hulk by a more suitable one.

The provision of such facilities is a matter for the company operating the oil tank installation.
