asked the Minister for Lands if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the non-residential estate of Mrs. Rose Farrell and the Leving estate, Colehill, Kinnegad, County Meath, for division amongst the uneconomic holders and cottage tenants in the area; and if so, if he will have these lands listed for inspection at an early date.

There are no proceedings pending for the resumption of the holdings but the Deputy's representations have been noted and will be considered by the Land Commission when circumstances permit.
