asked the Minister for Posts and telegraphs if he will state if his Department is now in a position to install telephones at Reenard Point, Valentia Harbour, and at the Glen, Emlaghmore, County Kerry; and if not, if he will state if the telephones will be installed in the near future.

The installation of telephones at the places in question was delayed by the withdrawal of staff for work arising out of the storm damage in the beginning of the year. The telephones will be installed within the next few months.
