asked the Minister for Justice if he intends to introduce proposals for legislation for the purpose of restricting the sale of house property, in such a manner as will enable Irish citizens to acquire houses at fair prices.

This question is under consideration, but I cannot say at present whether any legislation will be introduced.

This is another difficult problem which we cannot settle in five minutes.
