asked the Minister for Agriculture whether he has yet constituted the committee he intends will examine and report on the problem of the breeding of dairy stock; and if so, if he will give the names, addresses and qualifications of the members.

The body to which I referred in recent debates is the newly-constituted Live Stock Consultative Council, consisting of representatives of agricultural and cattle breed societies and of county committees of agriculture in the dairying areas. I propose, with your permission, a Chinn Comhairle, to have particulars of the membership of the council circulated with the Official Report.

Following are the particulars:—

1947/49 LIVE STOCK CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL.
