asked the Minister for Local Government when it is proposed to start work on the waterworks scheme for Swanlinbar, County Cavan, and whether there has been any undue delay in the matter.

It is not possible to say when work will commence, as the preparation of the scheme is only in the preliminary stage. Reports from the local authority on certain technical aspects of the scheme are awaited. There does not appear to have been any undue delay in the matter.
