asked the Minister for Agriculture whether he will take steps to ensure that any home-grown oats put on the market as seed oats will be sold to farmers at a reasonable price.

It is not proposed to control the price of seed oats. Farmers who intend to purchase seed oats for sowing next spring should make early arrangements to order their requirements.
