asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state whether officers of his Department are engaged in the production of feeding stuffs; and, if so, whether his sanction has been sought and obtained for such activities and under what conditions.

According to the information in my Department, one officer of the Department is associated with a company engaged in the commercial production of feeding stuffs.

Sanction for this officer's proposal was sought from and granted by the Minister for Agriculture in January, 1945.
