asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Richards estate and adjoining lands at Flagmount, County Clare, have been acquired for forestry purposes, and whether it will be possible to provide the tenants concerned with alternative holdings in the near future.

The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. The second part does not arise.
