I ask for leave to introduce a Bill entitled "an Act to reconstitute the joint committee of the institution, called the Meath Hospital and County of Dublin Infirmary, to provide for the election of members of the said joint committee as so reconstituted, to amend certain enactments relating to the said institution, and to provide for certain other matters relating to matters aforesaid."
