asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission have any proceedings in progress for the acquisition of the Power estate, comprising approximately 300 acres, at Garryellen, Fedamore, County Limerick; and, if so, what is the present position.

Proceedings have not been instituted for the acquisition of this estate, but inquiries are being made.
