asked the Minister for Lands if he will state why the Land Commission did not acquire the Rynn holding at Rover, Geevagh, County Sligo.

I presume the Deputy's question relates to the parcel of land in the townland of Rover which was allotted in 1936 to the late Thomas Rynn. Mr. Rynn assigned his interest in the lands to Mr. Peter Gaffney and the Land Commission, after consideration of all the circumstances, noted Mr. Gaffney as tenant of the parcel.
