asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state the cause of the long delay in erecting a telephone kiosk at North Main Street, Youghal, in view of the absolute necessity for a kiosk in the area which is in close proximity to the Fair Field bus stop and in the middle of a large trading centre.

Some delay has occurred in proceeding with the erection of a kiosk at Youghal because of legal difficulties. It is expected that these will be overcome and the kiosk erected very shortly.
