asked the Minister for Lands if he will state (a) the total area of land acquired for forestry purposes in County Clare during the past two years indicating the townland and electoral divisions in which such lands are situate; and (b) the total number of men employed at forestry work in the county.

(a) 587 acreas in the townlands of Deerpark North, Dangan and Craggaunowen in the electoral division of Dangan; Ballygriffey North in the electoral division of Templemeley; and Tobernagat in the electoral division of Cappaghabaun; (b) 96 men.
