asked the Minister for Lands whether he is aware that a number of tenants on the Charles H. George estate at Ratin, Milltownpass, County Westmeath, who desire to erect dwellings on their holdings are precluded from obtaining housing grants and loans under the Small Dwellings (Acquisition) Acts due to the fact that their holdings have not yet been vested in them, and if he will state the cause of the delay in vesting holdings on this estate.

No complaint has been received from the allottees on this estate regarding the position suggested in the question. The vesting of the parcels will be considered in due course.
