asked the Minister for Justice whether he is aware of the urgent need for a new Garda station at Bundoran and if he will state what steps, if any, have been taken to replace the existing station there.

A site has been acquired for a new station at Bundoran. Sketch plans for the erection of the new station have been prepared and arrangements are being made for the preparation of the necessary working drawings and a specification with a view to the invitation of tenders for the work.
