Has this farm been inspected by an official of the Land Commission—has the Minister any information as to whether an inspection has been carried out or not?
Comment on this

asked the Minister for Lands what steps have been taken to acquire the Foley estate, Ballybeg, Lahinch, for distribution among the adjoining congests and landless men.
Comment on this
I presume the Deputy is referring to the lands of Michael Foley in Attycriste. Proceedings have been instituted for the resumption of these lands for the relief of congestion.
