asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will declare his policy in relation to the encouragement of profit sharing in industrial undertakings throughout the country.

The question of profit sharing is primarily one for employers.

I favour any devices or schemes which are likely to promote industrial harmony and contribute to increased production.

Am I to understand from the Parliamentary Secretary's reply that the Government has no policy in this respect?
