asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the present position regarding the resumption of the holding of land of Mr. Martin Sheridan, Facefield, Claremorris, County Mayo (De Clifford estate), and whether the Land Commission have considered the propriety of taking possession of this land next spring; and, if so, with what result.

The Land Commission are making application to the Appeal Tribunal for an order for the resumption of these lands.
