asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have considered the propriety of acquiring for distribution amongst the local small land holders and other deserving applicants the farm of Dr. Bradley, Drakerath, Carlanstown, County Meath, which was recently sold and for the division of which application was made on several occasions; and, if so, with what result.

Farrell, formerly Mrs. Gilsenan, and for the resumption of the lands of Commons held by Mr. James Gilsenan. An objection to acquisition and a petition against resumption have been lodged and will be heard in due course.
