Regarding turkey prices, I would like to know what is the minimum price fixed for turkeys this year.

Turkeys?

Yes.

Was this question on the Order Paper?

No.

Then the Deputy should have given me notice.

It is 4/- per lb.

Is the Minister aware that in Sligo the poultry dealers are paying as low as 3/- and 3/3 per lb. ?

This is quite irregular.

I am not aware of those prices.

I can give the Minister information on that subject.

The Deputy may put his question down on the Order Paper for to-morrow and then he can ask supplementary questions if he desires.

To-morrow will be too late. The turkey market is on at present in Sligo.
