asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have considered the propriety of acquiring the Hollyfield estate, Ballintrillick, County Sligo; and, if so, if he will state the present position.

Proceedings are in progress for the acquisition of this estate, but an objection to acquisition has yet to be listed for final hearing.
