asked the Minister for Local Government if he will have the plans for the new sewerage plant in Mitchelstown approved and the advertising for tenders expedited.

The Deputy was informed in reply to his question of 5th November last that the lay-out plan submitted by the sanitary authority for Mitchelstown sewerage scheme had been approved and that the submission of the contract documents for the scheme was awaited. That is still the position.
