asked the Minister for Local Government if a proposal to have a pump erected, and a proper water supply made available, to the cottage tenants at Reabeg, Newport, County Tipperary, has been received in his Department; and, if so, if it will be sanctioned at an early date.

No such proposal has been received in my Department. The matter is one for the sanitary authority.
