asked the Minister for Education if he is aware of the urgent necessity for the erection of a technical school for Clara, County offaly, and if he will sanction the provision of such school without delay.

The need for a vocational school at Clara has been accepted by me in principle and the County Offaly Vocational Education Committee has been asked to carry out a local educational survey to determine the extent of the accommodation required.
