asked the Minister for Lands if he will state if proceedings have yet been concluded in connection with the acquisition by the Land Commission of the lands of Falske or Mount Browne near Strokestown, County Roscommon; and, if so, if he will state when the lands will be divided.

Acquisition proceedings in relation to the Browne estate at Falske are not yet completed and it is not possible to state whether or when the lands may be divided. It is expected that an offer of price will soon be communicated to the owner.
