As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the Ceann Comhairle's permission, to have it circulated in the Official Report.

Following is the reply:—

(I) Particulars of lands acquired and resumed in County Clare since 1st April, 1949.

In addition, various smaller units were surrendered to the Land Commission through exchanges and rearrangements.

(II) Lands allotted in County Clare since 1st April, 1949.

Up to end of February 1954, the total area allotted has been 5,289 acres and in addition it is expected that another 300 acres will be allotted during the present month.
