asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state whether final plans for the proposed main sewerage scheme at Bandon, County Cork, have been received in his Department, and, if so, what is the present position in the matter.

Final plans for this scheme were received on the 20th October, 1954, and are at present under examination in my Department. Observations thereon will issue to the sanitary authority as soon as possible.
