asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state whether he has received proposals in connection with the installation of a sewerage scheme in the village of Collon, County Louth, and, if so, the present position in the matter.

A general lay-out plan for Collon sewerage scheme has been submitted by the sanitary authority and examined in my Department. Further technical information is required to determine whether an alternative and more economical out-fall should be adopted. This information was requested on the 29th June last and is still awaited.
