asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will state what proposals An Bord Iascaigh Mhara have under consideration for the development of the fishing industry in County Waterford.

The board's general activities in supplying boats and gear to fishermen and providing marketing services are in operation in County Waterford as elsewhere. I understand that the board have certain proposals in regard to the Waterford coast under consideration as part of a general scheme of development but that no definite scheme has yet been settled.
