asked the Minister for Finance if he will state (i) the amount allocated from Vote 10—Employment and Emergency Schemes and the National Development Fund, respectively in the 1953/54 financial year for expenditure under sub-heads H, I and J of the Vote for Employment and Emergency Schemes, and (ii) the amount expended up to 31st March, 1954, under each of these sub-heads.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to have it circulated with the Official Report.
